Today, 8 December and tomorrow, the annual EU Agricultural Outlook conference will take place in Brussels, with the motto "A sustainable agri-food system forged in crises". Indeed, if on one hand we shall not forget the agriculture crisis that Ukraine is undergoing, as reported by Politico, on the other we should not resort to unsustainable farming just because of a (perceived) crisis in the EU - as has been defended on EUObserver.

Number One Dreamer Sanna Marin and Number One Disruptor Giorgia Meloni could not be more different, but they do have a lot in common.
Although Marin and Meloni sit at the opposites of the political spectrum, they both share the experience of being Prime Minister - and navigating that with an added level of difficulty that is being a woman in a position of power in a male-dominated world.
It is interesting to note how women in these positions face more scrutiny than their male counterparts. This is particularly evident with Meloni. Endless grim humour about her being a fascist is becoming tiring and possibly counterproductive. Politico calls Meloni "La Duce" (The Duce-ss) - Fascism is the darkest page of Italian history, not laughing stock. Does this 'leftist superiority complex' blind the EU-Bubble when it comes to taking the return of the extreme right in our governments seriously?
This week we take a look at a critical piece on Humanitarian Aid in Africa, the -to some- controversial admission of Ukraine in NATO, and an article by the European External Action Service that rounds up the main disinformation and propaganda lies propagated by Russian 'disinformers' and factchecks hoaxes.

Working in teams can be productive and happy or stressful and fatiguing. When work isn’t going well, team members spend half their time in meetings talking at cross-purposes. They have trouble juggling budgets and priorities. The stress and alienation make people unproductive and unhappy.
